Our menu is a modern take on omakase. Omakase, meaning "chef’s choice," has become an elevated staple of Japanese dining. While most omakase menus consist of a variety of nigiri pieces, our take is slightly different. We focus on handrolls. Not the traditional ones you might order from your local sushi joint, but an elevated take combining unique flavor combinations and high technique-driven offerings. Our tasting menu will change seasonally and feature the highest quality ingredients, drawing inspiration from art, music, and our travels around the globe. We look forward to welcoming you!
